Owner Nicholas and staff Kevin were very professional. Nicholas is a good communicator, texting and calling on the morning of the appointment. When they arrived, they assessed the carpets and went right to work. after they finished, the carpets looked pristinely clean. Nicholas charged exactly what he had originally estimated. We highly recommend them.
